Apply for a holiday

A Childhood cancer diagnosis is devastating for everyone involved and we want to help! The Holibobs Children’s Cancer Charity is dedicated to helping families of children diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia by providing them with a short break or holiday so that they may spend quality time together away from the hospital.

As a charity we can provide holidays to children or young adults up to the age of 19, living in Wales, who have been diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia.

If you are a family with a child or young adult diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia and would like to nominate yourself for a holiday, please get in touch with your social worker or specialist oncology nurse so that they may help you with the application form and liaise with us.  

All applications for a holiday must be accompanied by a letter from a consultant or specialist oncology nurse detailing the child’s medical condition, that the child’s medical protocol will not be affected and that they approve the application.
